π ÷ 2/3

= π × 3/2 = 3π/2 = 1.5π: π ≈ 3.142

1.5π ≈ 1.5 × 3.142 ≈ 4.713

π ÷ 2/3 ≈ 4.713

Given:
pi is equal to 3.14

3.14 ÷ 2/3

Rules in dividing fractions.
3.14 is the 1st fraction. It has a denominator of 1. 3.14/1
2/3 is the 2nd fraction

1) get the reciprocal of the 2nd fraction.
2/3 ⇒ 3/2

2) multiply the 1st fraction to the reciprocal of the 2nd fraction
3.14 * 3/2 = (3.14*3) / 2 = 9.42 / 2 = 4.71

Pi divided by 2/3 is 4.71
