I think that for this you just find 70% of the 200 rolls. So 70% of 200=140. So you predict that the bowler will knock down 6 pins 140 times. To find 70% you will just knock off a zero to find 10% then times it by 7. I hope that this was helpful.

Since he knocks at least 6 pins 70% of the time.
For 200 rolls:
70% of 200
= (70/100) * 200
= (7/10) * 200
= 140
140 times.
