The question read 225%
225% = 2.25 =
224% = 2.24 =

224% is over 100% so it cant be a fraction; it has to be a mixed number. 224% equals to 2.24 which equals to 2240/1000 which simplifies to 56/25 which equals to 2 6/25. So your answer is 2 6/25.
