(m)/(2)-√(5)=3

add √5 on both sides,

\begin{gathered} (m)/(2)-√(5)+√(5)=3+√(5) \\ (m)/(2)=3+√(5) \end{gathered}

multiply by 2 on both idesm and simplify,

\begin{gathered} (m)/(2)*(2)=2*(3+√(5)) \\ m=6+2√(5) \end{gathered}

Answer:

m=6+2√(5)
