Since the equation is 3z²-z+7.........
The coefficients are........
3 and -1
.
3 is the coefficient for z².
-1 is the coefficient for z.

Coefficients are the numbers that go in front of a variable. If the equation is 3z²-z+7, then the coefficients are
3
and
-1
. 3 is the coefficient for z² and -1 is the coefficient for z.
