= 11ft = 132in. Add 4 in.
132+4 = 136 inches
8 ft = 96 in. Add 3 in.
96 + 3 = 99 inches

Area of the wall is l*w = 99* 136 = 13,464 in^2
Area of one strip = 30*21 = 630 in^2

630 in = 1 strip
13464 in = X
630*X = 13464
X= 13464/630
X= 21.37

They need whole. So, Rounding it will give it 21 strips.
