g(x)= 2x

h(x)= x^2+4

(h o g) (-5) = h(g(-5))

(h o g) (x) = h(g(x)) = h (2x) = (2x)^2 + 4

Replace x = -5

(h o g) (-5) = (2*-5)^2 + 4 = (-10)^2 + 4 = 100 + 4 = 104

d) 104
