We have the next equation:

h(x)=-5x^3+3x^2+4x\text{ +4}

Find the value of h(3) replacing 3 when we have an x on the equation.

h(3)=-5(3)^3+3(3)^2+4(3)+4
h(3)\text{ = -5(27) +3(9) +12+4}
h(3)\text{ = -135+27+12+4}
h(3)\text{ = -135+43 = -92}

The value of h(3) = -92
