We add up all the fractions together.
1/10 + 1/4 + 1/5 + 2/15. LCM of 10, 4, 5 and 15 is 60.
= 6 + 15 + 12 + 8
_________________ = (6 + 15 + 12 + 8) / 60
60
= 41 / 60
