Let us simply find the least common multiple of 3, 9, and 12.
3 / 3 9 12
3 / 1 3 4
4 / 1 1 4
/ 1 1 1
LCM = 3 * 3 * 4 = 36
Let us multiply 36 by 2 = 36*2 = 72
So 72 is a multiple of 3, 9 and 12 and it is in between 61 and 107.
