A B C D E : 6 10 8 12 9.

Total outcomes = 6 + 10 + 8 + 12 + 9 = 45

For C outcome = 8

Probability of landing on C = Outcome C / Total

= 8 / 45

= 8/45 * 100%

≈ 17.78%

≈ 18% to the nearest percent.

Option B.
