A reflection across the Y-axis means that the Coordinate's X-value switches signs and the Y-value stays the same. So in the case of (-3,2)
being reflected across the y-axis that means that -3 flips its sign and becomes a normal 3 and the 2 stays the same. Therefore the new coordinate is (3,2)
