ThGiven the inequality below

-2(x+3)>4x-7

Remove the bracket using distributive property of algebra

\begin{gathered} -2(x)-2(3)>4x-7 \\ -2x-6>4x-7 \end{gathered}

Collect like terms

\begin{gathered} -2x-4x>-7+6 \\ -6x>-1 \end{gathered}

Divide both sides by -6

(-6x)/(-6)<(-1)/(-6)
x<(1)/(6)

Hence, the solution of the inequality is

x<(1)/(6)

The graph of the solution is given below
