A cube has a surface area of 294cm2 (294cm squared). What are the formulas to find both dimension and volume? Thank you!
SURFACE AREA OF CUBE = A = 6*S^2.......WHERE S= SIDE OF THE CUBE
VOLUME OF CUBE = V = S^3

6S^2=294 SQ.CM.
S^2=294/6 = 49 = 7*7
S=7
V = 7^3 = 343 CU.CM.

--hope this helps.

Surface area of cube = 6s²

Where s is the length of the side of the cube.

6s² = 294

s² = 294/6

s² = 49

√s² = √49

s = 7

Length of one side = 7 cm.

I hope this helps.
