Explanation:

Circumference of the circle = 2πr = 2*3.14*30 = 188.4m

* 30m is considered as the radius of the circle as I was not clear in the question. In case 30m is diameter it will be as 2πr/2 = 2*3.14*30/2 = 94.2m
