I'm not sure if you have to actually write this but you could easily expand in the sleep section by saying how our bodies don't function properly without enough sleep and then even bring the topic of school starting later so more sleep is had etc.

In this thesis statement we know the author will be writing to argue that minors should have a nightly curfew. The author then outlines his reasons when it talks about the need for sleep and the majority of violent crimes. This outline tells us that the essay will contain information about both of these topics. While the last option may also be a good solution to getting kids more sleep, it is not mentioned in the thesis statement and therefore not a valid answer.
