2 2/3 Divided by 4 would be
2/3
because 2 2/3 equals 8/3 and 2 goes into 8 4 times.

First we change our mixed number to an improper fraction...
2 2/3 ÷ 4 =
8/3 ÷ 4
To divide fractions we multiply the reciprocal of the divisor..
8/3 ÷ 4/1 =
8/3 × 1/4 = 8/12 = 2/3
