20x2=40 , so we now know the length. Cause 2 sides are in the shape, we do (20x2)+(40x2)=120 as the perimeter. It just like adding 8 and 4 together.

Nevermind my question above, it was stupid.
The perimeter is 100 ft. because there are 4 sides and two are 20 feet long and the other 2 are 40 feet long (40, because the length is twice as long as the width, which is 20), and
20+20+40+40=100.
