ok so for the red car it should ahave at least y=70x and blue is y=35x at least

cross out answer B

the blue car had a head start so cross out answer that has no headstart for blue

cross out answers C and D

only one left is A
answer is A (the 52.5 is a result of multiplying 35 by 1.5 hours)
