Factor 8j^3+4j^2+10j+5
(2j+1)(4j^2+5)

First group the like terms:
8j^3+4j^2+10j+5
Set a common factor for two terms:
4j^2(2j+1)+5(2j+1)
Since it is like adding numbers with common factors.
(4j^2+5)(2j+1)
