if you divide 36/pi, the answer would be about 11.4591559026. this is less than 12.

The answer is “slightly less than 12.”
The value of pi is infinite but most people know the first 3 digits: “3.14…”
I know a bit more
3.14159265358979323…
Anyway, so if you take 36 and divide that by 3.14, you should get 11 something, which is just less than 12.
