By keeping all vessels into place of hypothermia towards the flesh witch then brings homeostasis.

Hemostasis occurs at a cellular level, and blood carries cells so it helps to maintain the full bodies hemeostasis. Cells send out signals when they are in distress and blood carries what the cells need to fix the situation.
