Tommy is drawing a triangle with angles measuring 41° and 123°, and the included side measures 6 cm. What is the measure of the third angle of the triangle

The side length is actually irrelevant here. The sum of the angles in a triangle is always 180 degrees, so 180 = 41+123+x
180 = 164+x
x = 16 degrees
