Change = 24-10
Percentage change = 14/10 * 100 = 140%

the 100% is 10 gallons, so 24 is x%:
10/100 = 24/x
x = 24*100/10
x = 240
so 24 gallons is 240%, the percent change is: 240 - 100 = 140%
