The answer is D. f(x) = 3x+2

This is because this is the ONLY function equation that works for ALL of the ordered pairs listed in the table

-4 = 3(-2) + 2
-4 = -6 +2
-4 = -4

-1 = 3(-1) +2
-1 = -3 +2
-1 = -1

2 = 3(0) + 2
2 = 0 + 2
2 = 2

5 = 3(1) + 2
5 = 3 + 2
5 = 5

8 = 3(2) +2
8 = 6 +2
8 = 8
