1 7/10 because 4/10 plus 3/10 equals 7/10 but leave the one there. 1 7/10.

Tweety weighed 9/10 lbs last year, because 1 3/10 = 13/10 so 13/10 - 4/10 = 9/10 weight of tweety last year
