You have to add 6+1 which equals 7 and then add 19+24 which equals 43 so the problem would be 6:19+1:24= 7:43

If it takes Bill 1 hour and 24 minutes to drive to his brother's house just add them so 6:19 and your answer will be 7:43. Bill will get there at 7:43.
