The quadrilateral has 4 sides

Three of them are 2 ft, 13 in., and 15 in.

At first, we have to change the side with feet to inches

Since 1 foot = 12 inches, then

2ft=2*12=24in.

The perimeter of the quadrilateral is the sum of the lengths of the 4 sides

P=s_1+s_2+s_3+s_4

Since

\begin{gathered} P=79 \\ s_1=13 \\ s_2=15 \\ s_3=24 \end{gathered}

Substitute them in the rule above

\begin{gathered} 79=13+15+24+s_4 \\ 79=52+s_4 \end{gathered}

Subtract 52 from both sides

\begin{gathered} 79-52=52-52+s_4 \\ 27=s_4 \end{gathered}

The length of the missing side is 27 inches

The answer is the last choice
