Well what do you mean about ''people's natural habitat'' if you mean like this year it would be probably the nearest city/village/house/apartment etc lol. But if you mean like wayy back you would probably find people in caves or forests. And to tame a person I guess you can manipulate them with your words to control them and tell them what to do. There is no way to catch one unless you mean kidnapping lol
