The required inequality is;


\begin{gathered} 77.50d+0.14(425)\leq230 \\ 77.5d+59.5\leq230 \end{gathered}

To solve the inequality, we have,


\begin{gathered} 77.5d\leq230-59.5 \\ 77.5d\leq170.5 \\ \text{Dividing both sides by 77.5 we get,} \\ d\leq(170.5)/(77.5) \\ d\leq2.2 \end{gathered}

This implies that Juan can only afford 2 days' rent under his budget.
