1) -9 divided by (-4)(show as an improper fraction) please help me understand how to do this.. I think I have some of it

-9/-4=2.25. ???

2) 3.8 divided by (-4)(show in reduced form)

3.8/-4= -0.845. ???

1. An improper fraction is just an unsimplified fraction, so -9 ÷ -4 =
`(9)/(4)`

2. As for this one, 3.8 divided by -4 is -0.95. This answer as a fraction is
`(95)/(100)` , but simplified would be
`(19)/(20)`
