Multiplication first, division second, subtraction third, addition fourth.
(Because M/D is before A/S and you do it from left to right.)
So it would be 5 - (0×3) + (9÷3)
Which is also (5 - 0) + 3.
So the final answer is 8, as 5 + 3 is 8.

PEMDAS
since we don't have exponentes or paretnahsees we do
muliplictaion or division whichever comes first (since division is just multiplication of a fraction)
addition or subtraction whichever comes first (since subtraction is adding a negative)
so
multiply/divide
0 times 3=0
9/3=3
now we have
5-0+3
add/subtract
5-0=5
5+3=8
answer is 8
