Definition of scientific question : a question that can only be answered by forming a hypothesis and Conducting experiment. Example :

"How long does a new born baby could live without his parents ?" >> we still does not know the precise answer because no scientist is psycho enough to actually do an experiment about this, but it's still a scientific question

"What color is a great horned owl ?" is considered a nonscientific question because to answer it , we does not require testing , hypothesis , and experiment whatsoever
