the electric potentiol is constabt through a given region of space. is the electric field zero, or non zero in this region explain ?

The electric field intensity is described by the relation: E= -ΔV/Δr
according to the relation, the electric field is negative gradient of electrical potential. the electrical potential is constant throughout a given region. the change in electric potential is in electric potential ΔV= 0, hence E= 0
