Angle x is the largest angle in triangle XYZ. Angle y is the smallest angle. How does the sum of the measures of angles y and z compare to the measure of angle x? Explain.

Knowing that the angles of the triangle has a total of 180 degrees, so we can have the following:

x + y + z = 180
y + z = 180 - x
or
x = 180 - y - z
