To round a number to a nearest place, we check the digit to the right of that place:
1- If the digit is less than 5, we round down. This means that we turn all digits to the right of our desired place to zero and leave the number as it is
2- If the digit is equal to r greater than 5, we round up. This means that we add 1 to the number in the desired position and turn all numbers after it to zeros
