Out of the following sentences the sentence which is the least neutral would be sentence 3. "Netta and Jim were sharply split over the issue of free trade." Look at the adjectives in this sentence. Sharply is a very blunt word which differentiates this sentence from all the rest, therefore we can conclude that it is the least neutral sentence.
