Answer:

The environmental conditions that induces the oxygen to bind to hemoglobin is oxygen rich environment.

When the concentration of the oxygen in the environment is more as compared to that of carbon dioxide then the by the process of diffusion cell uptake oxygen and form oxy-hemoglobin.

This oxy-hemoglobin is then transported to the various cells of the body which supplies oxygen to the cell for its function.
