The choices are not given.
In order to solve this, first get the surface area formula of a sphere.
Surface Area = 4 * pi * r^2
Given that the radius is 5 inches
Then
Surface Area = 4 * pi * 5^2
Surface Area = 100 pi in^2
Surface Area = 314.16 in^2
