$6.50 is 60% in price.

So $6.50 is 60% of the original price. And 60% = 0.6 and 40% = 0.4. Let the original price be 'x' so x=6.50/0.6. This equals 10.8333333333333 but it says ''what is the original price to the
nearest
cent so its $10.83.
