Solving this exponent: z^-3 x^5/ y^-3
There's nothing really to solve here since we don't have the values for z, x and y. What we can do here is to simplify the expression.

= z^-3 x^5/ y^-3
= x^5 y^3 / z^3

What happened here, in order to avoid negative exponents, we need to bring up or bring down. IF the negative exponent is in the numerator, then let's bring it down, otherwise up. Same as with the denominator.
