radius = 15 cm
1 revolution is equal to 1 turn of the wheel. Thus, we need to get the circumference of the wheel.
circumference = 2 π r
C = 2 * 3.14 * 15cm
C = 94.2 cm
94.2 cm * 4 revolutions =
376.8 cm CHOICE D.
