so percen decrease
orignal=100%
percent decrease is (decrease)/(original price)
decrease=160-120=40
40=decrease
original price=160
percent decrease=40/160=4/16=1/4=0.25/1
percent means partst out of 100 so
0.25/1 tmes 100/100=25/100=25%

answer is 25% decrease
to check
160 times 25%=40
160-40=120
correct

answer is 25% decrease
