easy, since percent means parts out of 100, 10% of 100=10 and 20% of 100=20
this only works with positive so use -100 for the refute

Support
10% of 100<20% of 100
(10<20 true)

Refute
10% of -100>20% of -100
(-10>-20 true)

Lara ! This is one of those rare things that's so EASY
that it's almost impossible to understand.

10% of 40 < 20% of 21 .

10% of 30 > 20% of 14 .

-- Pick ANY two numbers in the world.

-- If the first number is less than double the second number,
then they belong in the first inequality.

-- If the first number is more than double the second number,
then they belong in the second inequality.

Knowing this, you can generate your own numbers
to write into the pre-quiz, and you won't have to
cheat on it and use mine.
