so 116 is fixed since she only buys groceries once
the 28 dollares can be spent many times since it is per dinner and there are 1 dinner per night and 7 nights per week so

cost of groceries+cost of fast foods=total cost=200
cost of groceries stays at 116
cost of fast food=cost per dinner times number of dinners
number of diners=f so
116+28 times f=200
116+28f=200

answer is B
