so assuming that the ratios are the same
height to shadow=h:s=3.5:1.75
also
h:46.75
these mus be equal
3.5:1.75=h:46.75
fractionify
3.5/1.75=h/46.75
multiply both sides by 46.75
163.625/1.75=h
divide
93.5=h
rounded to 94
the actual height=94m high
