For the funtion

g(x)=2x^2-6x

we have that:

\begin{gathered} -2\cdot\lbrack g(-2)\rbrack=-2\lbrack2(-2)^2-6(-2)\rbrack \\ =-2\lbrack2(4)+12\rbrack \\ =-2\lbrack8+12\rbrack \\ =-2\lbrack20\rbrack \\ =-40 \end{gathered}

Therefore the answer is b.
