20 can go into 23 1 time, so the whole number is 1
there is 3 left over so that is the numerator and the denominator is still 20
The final answer would be 1 3/20

20 can go into 23 once
so 1 and there are 3 leftover and your first denominator was 20 so it would be
1 3/20
