pi = 3.14

2*3.14 = 6.28
4*3.14 = 12.56

area = pi [ C/ (2pi)] ^2
C= circumference

area of small = 3.14 (6.28/6.28)^2 =3.14
area of regular = 3.14 (12.56/6.28)^2 = 12.56

12.56/3.14 = 4

The regular pancake is 4 times the area.
