I use to be afraid of needles but i'm not any more,
I think you should just put your mind on something else and just try not to think of it.
Or you can just listen to music and zone out.
I really hope that this helps you a lot.

I have been getting needle injections ever since i was 7. I usually would hold my moms hand when i was younger but i hold my fist tight and i dont think of the needle at all or even look at it. I usually go over in my head what i need to do that day. Breath normally too
